Company Background

The genesis for Growth Solutions has been driven by several business realities:

  1. Growing a business organically (i.e., non-acquired, internal growth) is most challenging, but often most profitable.
  2. The sales organization is the organic growth engine for a business; but it can drag, as opposed to power, real growth.
  3. Sales management must understand the need for sales organization change and the degree of change required, then ultimately lead the change.
  4. However, sales management may lack the training, time, tools, or treasure to effectively drive change within the sales organization.

David Fritz founded the Firm in 1999, after 12 years of sales & marketing consulting experience. The Firm's goals are to work with clients to effect real change and results by:

  • Working with clients in a custom and flexible manner - based upon their needs rather than the consultant's business model
  • Delivering expert advice and practical tools by utilizing consultants with extensive experience
  • Leveraging client personnel and collaborating with other outside experts to bring the best thinking and solutions to bear on the client's growth challenge
  • Providing a developmental experience for sales & marketing management throughout the course of each project
  • Defining the appropriate level of sales organization change needed, connecting tactical change to the growth strategy, and supporting sales management throughout implementation
